Regional Security Manager

About the role

John Deere is seeking a Regional Security Manager to lead security operations across Argentina. Based in Rosario, you will protect people, assets, and information while supporting the company’s global security strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise regional security operations, handling bomb threats, labor disputes, workplace violence, kidnappings, and crisis situations.
• Lead investigations of major security breaches, gather evidence, conduct interviews, and prepare for potential civil litigation.
• Provide strategic oversight to contract security providers and ensure compliance with corporate safety standards.
• Implement security, fire, and life‑safety audits and coordinate with enterprise initiatives.
• Collaborate with Executive Protection Lead to manage personal protection for executives, board meetings, product shows, and visiting dignitaries.
• Maintain liaison with law‑enforcement agencies, prosecutors, and governmental bodies to align security decisions with business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience directing regional security programs and managing complex security incidents.
• Strong knowledge of investigative techniques, evidence handling, and litigation support.
• Ability to develop and enforce security policies, audit standards, and compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with senior leadership, law‑enforcement, and external partners.
