Regional Account Manager

About the role

Bacardi is seeking a Regional Account Manager to join its On‑Trade Wholesalers team on a fixed‑term substitution contract covering a temporary disability. The role starts on 1 August 2026 and focuses on growing the premium portfolio and innovations within the on‑trade channel across Eastern Andalusia or Murcia.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver revenue targets (NSV & GP) defined in the country financial plan.
• Implement the commercial plan and customer programs outlined in the Integrated Activity Plan for on‑trade customers.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key wholesalers and influence Bacardi brand positioning.
• Create top‑wholesaler account plans with activation, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Identify growth opportunities and execute strategies to maximise Bacardi performance in the region.
• Optimize promotional plans using ROI strategies and provide accurate demand forecasts to supply‑chain.
• Ensure compliance with pricing and commercial policies.

Required profile

• Result‑oriented professional with a strong commercial mindset.
• Experience in wholesaler sales or as a Business Manager in the on‑trade channel.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical abilities.
• Independent organiser with a sense of ownership and teamwork spirit.
• Fluent English and willingness to work onsite in the designated region.
