About the role

We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters and Legal Recruiters to lead full‑cycle recruitment for U.S.‑based positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing and guiding candidates while building strong talent pipelines and partnering with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from sourcing to offer for IT and legal roles.
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels.
Conduct interviews, assessments and evaluate candidate fit.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS platforms.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in IT or legal hiring.
Experience recruiting for the U.S. market or within a U.S. company.
Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
Proven full‑cycle recruiting expertise.
