Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Talent Traction is seeking a full‑time remote Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist to help its clients attract and hire top talent. You will work directly with client teams to identify hiring needs, source qualified candidates, and support the end‑to‑end recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified candidates for a variety of client roles using diverse sourcing channels.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate fit against role requirements.
• Assist clients throughout the hiring process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders, including clients and candidates.
• Contribute to the development and execution of recruitment strategies.
• Support training initiatives related to recruitment processes as needed.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in hiring, recruiting, and sourcing using multiple methods and technologies.
• Strong interviewing abilities with a focus on evaluating candidate qualifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and candidate interaction.
• Experience delivering or facilitating training sessions for recruitment activities.
• Effective time‑management and prioritisation in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
