Recruitment Marketing Consultant

About the role

The Recruitment Marketing Consultant is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, optimizing, and measuring recruitment marketing campaigns. This role sits within the Candidate Generation department, servicing Cielo’s accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Devise integrated recruitment marketing campaigns to attract and engage jobseekers and increase operational impact.
• Plan and optimize media, managing campaign and business‑as‑usual budgets across portfolios while maintaining media relationships.
• Manage implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
• Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies.
• Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis, KPI evaluation and data‑driven insights for new and existing campaigns.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of commercial marketing experience, preferably in an agency, RPO or in‑house environment.
• Proven experience in media strategy and buying.
• Senior stakeholder management with a track record of building long‑lasting relationships.
• Ability to manage complex projects with rapidly changing parameters.
• Digital marketing experience and familiarity with omni‑channel marketing approaches.
