About the role

The Recruiter will support end‑to‑end sourcing operations, combining administrative precision with proactive, innovative recruitment strategies. Based in Buenos Aires, you will help expand crowd recruitment efforts and build specialized talent pipelines for a fast‑growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and qualify candidates for various projects and programs.
• Conduct advanced job‑board research and create postings on multiple platforms.
• Apply out‑of‑the‑box sourcing methods to find niche or hard‑to‑find talent.
• Support crowd recruitment initiatives and build high‑volume sourcing funnels.
• Use social media and professional networks to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Communicate daily with candidates and ensure timely responses.
• Track recruitment KPIs, prepare internal reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions and improve sourcing workflows.
• Assist in building partnerships with universities, online communities and talent networks.
