Recruiter (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

StratiFi Technologies Inc. is looking for a full‑time, remote Recruiter based in Latin America. You will own end‑to‑end hiring for Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, partnering directly with senior leaders to define roles and drive timely hiring decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach and LATAM platforms such as Workana, GetOnBord and Torre.
• Screen applicants for skills and cultural fit, coordinate interview schedules and manage the offer process.
• Maintain an active pipeline of 3‑5 open roles, ensuring accurate ATS records and a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the Head of Finance & Operations and department heads to refine selection criteria.
• Achieve 5‑10 quality hires within six months, keeping time‑to‑hire under 30 days.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruiting experience, closing candidates from sourcing to signed offer.
• Experience hiring both technical (engineering) and go‑to‑market (sales, customer success) roles.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Based in Latin America (Argentina or Colombia preferred) with overlap to US business hours.
• Remote work experience with a US‑based company or startup.
• Disciplined ATS hygiene and pipeline tracking.
• Self‑directed and comfortable with a fast‑paced startup environment.
