Recruiter – LATAM & International Talent (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to source, screen, and place high‑caliber talent from LATAM and other international markets for US‑based clients. This fully remote position focuses on delivering an excellent candidate experience while matching skills and cultural fit to client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source and interview candidates from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
• Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural alignment.
• Screen applicants to ensure the best fit for client requirements.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain a smooth hiring process.
• Keep the ATS updated with accurate notes on each candidate.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job profiles and requirements.
• Stay informed on international hiring trends, especially in LATAM and global markets.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in international staffing.
• Strong knowledge of the LATAM job market.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS or CRM systems (preferably Monday.com).
• Skilled in sourcing talent on LinkedIn and Facebook.
