About the role
The GL Junior Analyst reports to the GL Team Lead and supports day‑to‑day general ledger operations, including bank and account reconciliations, accounting, and reporting. This position offers hands‑on experience working alongside seasoned professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, review, and post journal entries from local teams and other BSC towers.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations and analyze discrepancies.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Prepare and update desktop procedures at least twice a year.
- Identify improvement opportunities and foster collaborative initiatives.
Required profile
- Students in the 3rd or 4th year of Public Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced English and mandatory Spanish proficiency.
Required skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation abilities.
- Digital mindset for systems automation and connectivity.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
