Quality Management Analyst – HACCP & FSSC 22000 (Advanced English)

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Management Analyst to join a leading chemical company in Buenos Aires. The role focuses on ensuring raw material and finished product quality, applying HACCP and FSSC 22000 standards, and supporting continuous improvement through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor raw material and finished product quality, verifying compliance with internal standards and regulations.
• Perform physicochemical and sensory analyses, including pH, density, refractive index, and fragrance/flavor evaluation.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques such as gas chromatography (GC) and liquid chromatography (HPLC) for component identification and quantification.
• Evaluate and approve production batches against established specifications.
• Manage quality claims, coordinate investigations and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality KPI dashboards.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in the food and/or chemical industry.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Physicochemical analysis methods (pH, density, refractive index).
• Gas chromatography (GC) and liquid chromatography (HPLC).
• Sensory analysis for fragrances and flavors.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP and FSSC 22000 standards.
