Quality Assurance Auditor

About the role

TransPerfect is looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to join its independent QA department in Buenos Aires. The auditor will influence the Global Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with international and local regulations and driving continuous improvement of quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, schedule and execute internal and external audit programs.
• Perform audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 17100, GxP and other relevant standards.
• Host and coordinate customer audits, manage communications and allocate internal resources.
• Investigate audit findings, determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Track and resolve audit findings, follow‑up actions and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain relationships with client auditors, regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Support RFI/RFP processes, supplier qualification and registrar inspections.
• Prepare and present trend analysis reports and contribute to management reviews.
• Assist QA management in designing, documenting and evaluating QA programs to sustain certifications.
• Promote Total Quality Management (TQM) and continuous improvement of the QMS.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality auditing within a multilingual or translation environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17100 and GxP requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple audit projects and interact with clients and regulators.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
