QA Mobile Analyst

About the role

The QA Mobile Analyst will design and execute test plans for native and hybrid mobile applications, applying a risk‑based approach to ensure high‑quality releases. This full‑time remote position works closely with developers and project managers to deliver reliable software.

Key responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications and design documents and provide timely feedback.
• Create detailed, well‑structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Identify, record, document and track bugs throughout the lifecycle.
• Perform regression testing after bug fixes.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
• Monitor debugging results and collaborate with developers.
• Track QA metrics such as defect density and open defect counts.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in mobile testing (native or hybrid).
• Minimum 2 years of manual testing experience.
• Positive attitude, strong attention to detail and customer‑success focus.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Full‑time availability and ability to work remotely.
