QA Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our enterprise‑scale systems, including Salesforce, MuleSoft and a suite of legacy applications. The role will involve both manual and automated testing across functional, non‑functional and integration layers, supporting continuous delivery in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and document comprehensive functional and non‑functional test strategies for enterprise platforms and APIs.
• Build, maintain and execute manual and automated regression test suites.
• Perform performance, load and stress testing using tools such as JMeter, K6 or Neoload.
• Validate REST and SOAP APIs with Postman and SOAPUI, and automate UI tests with Selenium or Tricentis Tosca.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers and Architects in Scrum ceremonies to track defects and ensure release readiness.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes and security/accessibility testing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑time QA experience on enterprise‑scale applications.
• Proven expertise in functional, non‑functional and integration testing.
• At least 3 years of regression testing across complex, interconnected systems and APIs.
• 3 + years of hands‑on experience with test management tools (e.g., ALM Octane) or a combination of automation and API testing tools.
• Strong track record of cross‑functional collaboration with BAs and developers.
