Project Manager (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead and deliver high‑quality software projects for clients across Latin America. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, ensuring projects align with business strategy and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project goals, objectives, and schedules that align with defined business strategies.
• Define and allocate resources to meet project milestones.
• Track, document, and report all aspects of project progress, quality, and metrics.
• Define project budgets, monitor expenditures, and adjust plans as resource needs change.
• Communicate project status and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with Agile methodologies and leading Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong ability to develop and align project objectives with business goals.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience managing budgets and resource allocation.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.
