Project Manager – NetSuite Implementation (LATAM)

About the role

Hood River Consulting is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead NetSuite implementation and optimization projects across Latin America. You will work closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring projects meet objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage NetSuite project portfolios across LATAM, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Develop and execute project deliverables, maintain comprehensive documentation and align stakeholders.
• Resolve critical issues and risks, providing expert guidance to minimize disruption.
• Communicate clearly with project teams and clients, exceeding expectations.
• Optimize resources and budgets to achieve high‑quality outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Software Engineering or related field (in progress or completed).
• 2‑4 years of experience managing IT or consulting projects.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Drive.
• Hands‑on experience or knowledge of NetSuite ERP.
• Advanced English proficiency.
