Project Manager

About the role

Join Diebold Nixdorf to lead project teams from presales through delivery, implementing software solutions for banking and retail customers. You will coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure project goals are achieved while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and secure resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Gather requirements, define scope, create project charters and detailed plans.
• Manage change control, risk, and issue logs, and communicate mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, produce reports, and present updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Allocate and track project budgets, cost estimates, and resource utilization.
• Facilitate daily/weekly meetings, ensure adherence to DN project management methodologies and compliance.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management, Project Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing moderately complex IT projects.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in finance or banking environments is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑changing environment.
