Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager at Monks, you will work with cross‑functional teams to define processes and deliver high‑quality marketing projects on time and within budget. The role requires a fast‑moving, flexible go‑getter who thrives on new opportunities and enjoys collaboration and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle from briefing and creative development to final delivery.
• Develop and refine internal processes and coordinate with multiple agencies.
• Create and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and communication for assigned marketing programs.
• Partner with account management and finance to define scope and budget.
• Allocate resources, monitor daily and hourly workloads, and ensure appropriate staffing.
• Work closely with teams to meet project scope and quality standards.
• Oversee creative trafficking for client review and feedback.
• Track project changes and assess impact on cost and schedule.
• Review project hour burn reports to identify risks and ensure program accuracy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, working with cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Experience executing marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL) and understanding basic performance metrics.
• Proven ability to develop and manage project timelines.
• Comfortable handling multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy, autonomous, and able to navigate ambiguity.
