Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to lead multiple client projects from initiation to delivery. You will act as the central point of coordination, ensuring timelines are met, communication flows smoothly, and clients stay informed throughout each phase.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and oversee the full project lifecycle, meeting all deadlines and milestones.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Utilize Asana (or similar tools) to track tasks, monitor progress, and maintain accountability.
• Maintain detailed records of approvals, feedback, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, designers, and implementers to keep deliverables on track.
• Identify potential roadblocks and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Verify that all deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards before final delivery.
• Lead weekly client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and align priorities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency or client‑facing environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or creative agencies is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana or comparable project‑management platforms.
• Familiarity with Monday.com and Google Business tools (nice to have).
