About the role
Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Project Manager within the Internal Firm Services practice. You will lead project workstreams, coordinate resources and ensure delivery of initiatives that support the firm’s strategic objectives. The role combines hands‑on project execution with coaching and development of team members.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, budget, execute and close projects while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Coordinate project selection, prioritisation and resource allocation across the firm.
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
- Develop and enforce project governance frameworks and risk‑management processes.
- Analyse project data to identify improvement opportunities and drive innovation.
- Coach, mentor and evaluate team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Strong oral and written proficiency in English.
