Project Manager – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to act as the operational backbone of client delivery at Lilo Social, a full-funnel eCommerce growth agency. You will coordinate workflows across creative, media, and retention teams, ensuring projects launch on time and clients receive a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Coordinate resources between creative, media buying, retention, and account teams.
• Organize weekly client meetings, capture detailed notes, and translate outcomes into actionable task lists.
• Create and assign tasks in Asana based on client requests and monthly retainer deliverables.
• Track creative production pipelines from brief to final asset delivery.
• Build and maintain SOPs in Notion and set up client project tools (Google Drive, Slack, creative proofing platforms).
• Lead internal stand-ups, kick-offs, and onboarding calls with stakeholders.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of scope of work for each client.

Required profile

• 4+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both clients and internal teams.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital advertising channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.
