Project Manager – CX and Telecom Projects

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead CX and telecom projects, handling both fixed‑scope and time‑and‑material engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full delivery cycle of technical projects in CX and telecom environments.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans with tasks, timelines, owners, and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, coordinating with vendors, carriers, and third‑party partners.
• Follow standard project management processes including scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk tracking.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, Finance, and external partners.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and costs together with Finance teams.
• Prepare regular project updates, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on project management experience, preferably in CX, telecom, or infrastructure settings.
• Proven track record delivering technical projects from initiation through closure.
• Experience coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, maintenance activities, and multi‑party technical cutovers.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to facilitate meetings and drive decision‑making.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and distributed team environments.
