Project Delivery Senior – SAP US National Tax

About the role

Join a leading professional services firm to drive finance and tax transformation projects for major clients. You will work at the intersection of cutting‑edge SAP technology and evolving tax regulations, delivering high‑impact solutions that future‑proof tax functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full delivery lifecycle of large‑scale finance and tax transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Support the sales and pursuit process for new engagements by showcasing delivery capabilities.
• Help clients leverage SAP and third‑party applications to automate and improve internal and external tax operations.
• Translate business requirements into structured work items, manage scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, act as escalation point, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Apply data‑driven planning, workload forecasting, KPI tracking, and lightweight automation to improve delivery efficiency.
• Produce executive‑ready communications such as status updates, decision summaries, and RAID logs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a master’s in Accounting, Tax Technology, or Management Information.
• Minimum three years of experience in project/program delivery, operations coordination, or transformation support, preferably in tax/finance environments.
• Strong delivery leadership, proactive mindset, and ability to operate in high‑pressure, SLA‑driven settings.
• Excellent structured communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Progress toward or possession of relevant technical certifications (e.g., CPA, Bar membership).
