Project Coordinator - Telecom Services

About the role

Vivant is looking for a Project Coordinator to oversee day‑to‑day operations of telecom and managed connectivity projects. You will act as the central point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with sales, installation, support, accounting, vendors, carriers, ISPs, and field technicians to keep projects on schedule.
• Gather and document project information in Vivant’s business management platform (Utiliko).
• Verify client contracts with carriers, manage service installations, number porting, and communicate timelines to clients.
• Make day‑to‑day project decisions independently while escalating critical issues as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a C1 level of English.
• Proactive, goal‑driven attitude with the capacity to work independently.
• Experience in telecom, MSP, IT services, networking, or low‑voltage environments.
