Project Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Project Architect to lead the design and technical delivery of our US‑based projects. The role focuses on producing high‑quality architectural solutions, maintaining complete BIM documentation, and ensuring seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural and technical design process, creating creative and functional solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee design quality through regular reviews and provide guidance to the design team.
• Maintain the integrity of the project’s documentation set and BIM model, keeping them accurate and up‑to‑date at every stage.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and consultants to coordinate design and implementation.
• Participate actively in design and construction coordination, ensuring smooth integration of architectural and technical aspects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience in architectural design and technical development, preferably within a BIM environment.
• Advanced or native English proficiency.
• Proven experience delivering projects for the US market.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to work in a multidisciplinary setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit and ArchiCAD.
• Solid understanding of BIM processes and construction documentation.
