ProfEd Analyst

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a ProfEd Analyst to design and deliver medical education programs for electrophysiologists. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify learning needs and create high‑impact educational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute medical education events, workshops and training sessions.
• Identify educational needs within the electrophysiology community.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales and medical teams to align initiatives.
• Track implementation, measure outcomes and report impact.
• Manage logistics and operational support for all educational activities.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in healthcare, medical devices or medical education.
• Degree in health sciences, biomedical engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical ability to uncover needs and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, organized and execution‑oriented.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (preferred).
