Product Owner

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the discovery and delivery of digital products in a fast‑paced application development environment. You will own the product lifecycle from problem validation to solution rollout, working closely with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure the right problems are solved with high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product discovery activities, shaping and validating problems, opportunities, and potential solutions before development.
• Translate business needs into clear product definitions, scope, priorities, and delivery strategies.
• Own and continuously refine the product backlog, writing structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development, UX/UI, and QA teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, align stakeholders, and ensure transparent progress tracking.
• Validate deliverables against business and user expectations, adapting to changing priorities.

Required profile

• Experience in product discovery, user research, problem definition, and validation.
• Background as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with web and/or mobile application development projects.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
