Product Manager / Product Owner – Complex BOM Application

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner to take end‑to‑end ownership of a complex Bill of Materials web application that drives critical financial calculations. You will lead discovery, documentation, and delivery while becoming the single source of truth for the product’s business logic.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product’s business logic, including financial formulas, rounding rules, and summarisation.
• Analyze and validate monetary calculations to ensure accuracy across edge cases and aggregation.
• Reverse‑engineer undocumented processes, map system dependencies, and create comprehensive process maps.
• Document end‑to‑end business flows, happy paths, error handling, and exception scenarios.
• Lead discovery workshops, translate insights into EPICs and Gherkin‑based user stories, and prioritize the backlog.
• Ensure traceability from discovery through implementation and validation, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Create user‑facing documentation such as manuals, guides, and FAQs.

Required profile

• 7+ years of business analysis experience with product ownership responsibilities.
• Proven leadership in facilitating workshops and driving decisions.
• Strong project management skills to balance scope, timelines, and trade‑offs.
• High attention to detail with monetary data, edge cases, and exception handling.
• Self‑driven mindset capable of working autonomously in ambiguous environments.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2+).
