Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own product scope and delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements. You will work directly with US‑based startups and established companies while our AI‑augmented engineering teams build digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Own product scope and delivery for several client projects, each with its own roadmap and stakeholders.
• Run day‑to‑day software and mobile app development activities: sprint planning, backlog grooming, release coordination.
• Act as the bridge between clients and engineering, translating business needs into technical scope and vice‑versa.
• Track budget, timeline and scope, flagging risks early and managing QA, staging and release hand‑offs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation and run client‑facing stand‑ups, demos and status calls during US Eastern business hours.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience in software development, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and switch contexts without loss of quality.
• Experience with mobile app development, understanding iOS/Android release cycles and app‑store review timelines.
• Fluent English (C1+) and available to overlap with US Eastern time for live coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency with technical tooling such as Jira, Linear or GitHub Issues.
• Ability to read technical specs or bug reports and assess impact on timelines.
• Direct communication style: early risk reporting with actionable plans.
