Product Development Consultant – Cross-Border

About the role

Join a dynamic, globally‑focused team to design, develop and launch innovative cross‑border road transport solutions. You will own product strategy, work closely with sales and operations, and help shape the future of international logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for cross‑border road transport.
• Design and develop new products, identify market opportunities and create differentiated value propositions.
• Standardize processes, rates and service structures to enable scalability.
• Collaborate with sales to craft competitive solutions and support RFP/RFQ bidding with technical proposals and pricing.
• Define pricing and revenue‑optimization strategies, and engage with customers when required.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure feasibility, align product design with network capabilities, and drive continuous improvements in transit time, cost and reliability.
• Define and monitor KPIs (cost, transit time, on‑time arrival, margin) and propose performance enhancements.
• Ensure product compliance with customs regulations, legal requirements and AEO obligations.
• Design and optimise international logistics corridors and work with carriers, brokers and depots.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade or a related field.
• Proven experience in international logistics or cross‑border road transport.
• Experience developing logistics products or transport solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strategic, results‑driven and analytical mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Customer‑focused with a commercial pricing mindset.
• Collaborative, solution‑oriented and continuous‑improvement driven.
