Procurement Manager

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities and vendor management across its global operations. You will work remotely, collaborating with Operations, Finance, Risk and third‑party risk teams to ensure compliance, drive commercial savings and support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in sourcing activities and negotiations, managing the full sourcing cycle.
• Establish category structures and conduct forward‑looking analysis of current and future vendors to drive savings and performance improvements.
• Maintain and operate Revolut’s procurement workflow and purchase order system.
• Monitor and develop vendor performance processes, handling escalations and issue resolution.
• Assist the wider business with vendor issues and support the vendor onboarding process alongside the third‑party risk team.
• Produce monthly vendor reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Liaise closely with Operations, Finance, and Risk teams to ensure alignment with sourcing strategy and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a global procurement function within a fast‑paced environment.
• Expertise in source‑to‑pay activities and solid negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting and communicate across teams.
• Experience in category management with impeccable attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset capable of breaking complex problems into actionable tasks.
• Self‑starter with a sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
