About the role

The Principal Salesforce Consultant is a senior, tech‑forward leadership position within RYZ Labs' Delivery team, working remotely for clients across Latin America. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging functional business consulting and technical architecture without performing hands‑on coding.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design and technical discovery sessions for enterprise‑level projects, acting as the primary architect‑leaning lead.
• Advise clients on technical feasibility versus platform best practices and translate complex business requirements into scalable technical blueprints.
• Conduct workshops and provide thought leadership across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, ensuring compliance and security.
• Partner with developers and engineering teams to guide integrations and customizations.
• Support pre‑sales efforts with strategic input and level‑of‑effort estimates.
• Coach and mentor team members, contributing to internal enablement assets.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of Salesforce consulting experience, including roles such as Principal Consultant, Solution Architect, or Technical Lead.
• Strong ability to push back on client requests with data‑driven reasoning and platform‑specific best practices.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing others to raise technical maturity.
• Exceptional facilitation skills to bridge business‑centric and developer‑centric discussions.

Required skills

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Expertise in declarative automation, reporting, and complex system configurations.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, data flows, middleware (iPaaS) platforms, and point‑to‑point integrations.
• Experience planning complex data migrations.
