Principal HR Business Partner – LATAM Region

About the role

The Principal HR Business Partner for the LATAM region will act as the senior HR leader for NCR Voyix across Latin America. Reporting to the LATAM President, this role partners with business leaders to design and execute people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and cultural alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional Retail and Product leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Design and implement strategic organizational effectiveness programs that support performance and global priorities.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and change management.
• Oversee employee engagement strategy and initiatives across LATAM.
• Provide organizational design consulting and evaluate training and development effectiveness.
• Supervise local employee‑relations matters, ensuring compliance with LATAM labor laws.
• Champion a high‑performance culture and support leadership development.
• Act as a cultural ambassador to promote inclusion and cross‑cultural collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field; master’s preferred.
• 8‑10 years progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business‑partner capacity supporting LATAM.
• Proven track record leading organizational design and large‑scale change initiatives in a matrixed, multinational environment.
• Deep knowledge of LATAM employment laws, labor practices, and cultural dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills at all levels.
