Presentations Specialist

About the role

The Presentations Specialist creates and formats high‑impact pitch‑books, proposals, financial statements and other presentation materials that adhere to JPMorgan standards. The role blends strong analytical abilities with a solid understanding of graphic design to deliver clear, visually compelling content for internal and client‑facing audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and format presentation deliverables using PowerPoint, Word and Excel following corporate branding guidelines.
• Design custom templates, cover pages and visual assets for marketing pitches, roadshows and client proposals.
• Coordinate daily workflow, manage team deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
• Assist in training staff and partner with management on operational issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Marketing or a related field.
• Customer service, consulting or negotiation experience.
• Ability to think creatively, solve problems and communicate clearly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Understanding of graphic design principles and corporate branding.
