Pre-Litigation Case Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a remote Pre‑Litigation Case Manager to support a boutique personal injury firm. You will manage cases from intake through settlement, ensuring timely progress and clear communication with clients, medical providers, and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of pre‑litigation personal injury cases, tracking deadlines and follow‑ups.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering required information.
• Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and treatment documentation.
• Communicate with insurance companies, draft demand letters, and assist in settlement negotiations.
• Prepare legal documents such as medical chronologies, case summaries, and settlement paperwork.
• Maintain case files, including police reports, witness statements, and evidence.
• Generate status reports and update case management systems.
• Support attorneys with ad‑hoc administrative and case‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in personal injury pre‑litigation case management or a comparable legal role.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and procedural requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management software.
