Platforms & Technology Enablement Management Consultant – Health

About the role

Join Accenture's Strategy & Consulting Global Network to help health industry clients modernize operations through Salesforce-based solutions. You will bridge strategic objectives and technology delivery, driving platform adoption and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams for design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud) across payer, provider, or health‑adjacent environments.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, create operating models, and establish governance frameworks to ensure sustainable platform adoption.
• Collaborate with client technical teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders to document requirements, validate designs, and manage scope.
• Support clients through UAT, go‑live preparation, hyper‑care, and training programs, including “train‑the‑trainer” initiatives.
• Assist in building a Platform Center of Excellence, advising on governance, admin capacity, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience implementing or supporting Salesforce platforms with at least one full‑cycle implementation.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage stakeholder relationships and deliver in agile or hybrid environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with advanced English proficiency.
