Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Our client, a U.S.-based personal injury law firm, is looking for a Remote Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support its litigation department. The role involves managing case logistics, drafting documents, and coordinating with attorneys and clients while ensuring compliance with U.S. court procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate litigation calendars, deadlines, and court filings.
• Organize and maintain case files, documents, and evidence in line with firm policies.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Facilitate communication between attorneys, clients, and external parties.
• Conduct legal research on relevant case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Monitor case timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in trial preparation and provide support during hearings and trials.
• Implement and improve operational processes to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a paralegal or similar role within a New York law firm.
• Fluent written and spoken English and spoken Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of U.S. personal injury litigation procedures and New York court rules.

• Salary USD 1,300‑1,500 per month.
