Performance Marketing Manager – TikTok & Paid Social

About the role

Wellnite is seeking a creative and data‑driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead TikTok‑focused paid social acquisition. You will build and scale campaigns that introduce Wellnite’s AI‑powered life assistant, Aini, and other wellness products to a broad audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a paid acquisition strategy on TikTok for multiple Wellnite offerings.
• Research trends, formats, and audience behaviors to inform creative concepts.
• Write hooks, scripts, and briefs; recruit and manage UGC creators, influencers, and video editors.
• Launch, test, and optimize campaigns using TikTok Ads Manager, including Spark Ads and creator‑led ads.
• Analyze performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, conversion rates) and iterate quickly to avoid creative fatigue.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and content teams to improve the full conversion funnel.
• Produce weekly performance reports highlighting wins, learnings, and next‑step tests.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in performance, growth, or paid social marketing.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling TikTok advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written communication for crafting ad copy and briefs.
