People Advisory Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a People Advisory Specialist to join our People Partnership and Advisory function. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for routine people‑focused inquiries from leaders and team members.
• Guide stakeholders through critical employee‑life‑cycle milestones, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
• Translate internal policies into practical advice tailored to specific situations.
• Address employee concerns and help resolve workplace issues promptly and fairly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to roll out people‑related programs and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case files.
• Monitor trends, surface insights, and propose improvements to HR processes and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR advisory, people management or related operational functions.
• Hands‑on experience with onboarding, adaptation and off‑boarding activities.
• Understanding of talent management, performance management and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of policy, compliance and regional labour laws.
• Excellent verbal and written English (B2+ level).

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR platforms and case‑management solutions.
• Experience using “Level Up” or similar skills‑tracking tools.
• Familiarity with HR analytics and data‑driven decision making.
