Part‑time Virtual Assistant – Podcast Production

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to support the end‑to‑end production of our twice‑weekly podcast. The role is fully remote, part‑time (20‑25 hours/week), and requires a strong affinity for AI‑driven productivity tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the production workflow for two podcast episodes per week, handling audio and video assets.
• Pull recordings and transcripts from Riverside, format show notes, and upload content to Squarespace, YouTube, and Libsyn.
• Create episode thumbnails and basic visual assets using Canva.
• Coordinate guest communication before and after recordings.
• Publish video descriptions and episode content across platforms.
• Maintain Trello boards to track production deadlines.
• Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging AI tools and Claude Code where possible.
• Support community engagement initiatives and assist with special projects from leadership.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience supporting podcasts, content creators, or digital agencies.
• Highly proactive, able to work independently with established SOPs.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Own a reliable computer and high‑speed internet connection.
