Paid Social Manager

About the role

Dentsu Argentina's Offshore Team is looking for a Paid Social Manager in Buenos Aires. You will work on the strategy, implementation, execution and analysis of campaigns on Paid Social platforms, including setting objectives, monitoring results, preparing reports, recommending optimizations and overseeing billing. The role supports Dentsu's agency teams in other countries and has a local support team in Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategic guidelines under the supervision of your supervisor and meet the agreed KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance and supervise, when needed, junior team members responsible for implementation.
• Prepare reports, analyze data and monitor optimization results, providing new recommendations.
• Build relationships with teams, clients and media partners, and collaborate on media plans with other channel areas.
• Train junior members when required and take part in weekly virtual meetings and periodic peer-to-peer activities of the Offshore Team.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, finance or analytics.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Meta Ads platform and other Paid Social platforms.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing concepts.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and manage several projects in an agile environment.
