Outbound Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. You will focus on prospecting companies that provide maintenance, service, or protection plans for security systems, generating qualified meetings for our sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume cold and warm outreach to targeted B2B prospects daily.
• Navigate gatekeepers and engage key decision‑makers such as Operations Managers, Service Directors, and Owners.
• Clearly communicate the value of our SaaS platform for streamlining security maintenance and service plan operations.
• Book high‑quality meetings or product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
• Log all call activity, notes, and meeting details accurately in HubSpot.

Required profile

• Native‑level English fluency with clear, unaccented speech suitable for corporate B2B calls in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, able to build instant rapport, handle objections, and maintain a persuasive demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM for activity tracking and pipeline management.
