Organic Social Media Content Creator & Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator & Growth Marketer to own our organic presence and generate inbound demo requests from K‑12 school leaders. You will build brand authority, grow an engaged audience, and drive qualified leads without paid advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic content strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Create original short‑form videos, educational posts, graphics, carousels, product walkthroughs and AI‑focused content from concept to publication.
• Learn our platform and the pain points of K‑12 schools, turning insights into compelling hooks and stories.
• Design landing pages, lead magnets and simple funnel experiences linked to organic campaigns.
• Research audience behavior, trending formats and competitor positioning.
• Test messaging, hooks, CTAs and content angles to improve engagement and conversion.
• Track analytics, report performance and continuously optimise based on data.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating organic social media content that drives real business results.
• Strong video editing, graphic design and storytelling abilities.
• Demonstrated success growing audiences organically through targeted content.
• Deep understanding of hooks, audience psychology, platform algorithms and conversion‑driven content.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently and thriving in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
