Orchestration Production Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Orchestration Production Lead to drive the end‑to‑end delivery of addressable, personalized and dynamic creative campaigns across display, social and video. Reporting to WPP Production, you will bridge creative, strategy, martech, media and client teams to ensure seamless, scalable and accurate campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead orchestration of addressable and personalized content production workflows, managing timelines, dependencies and delivery milestones across multiple regions.
• Coordinate production activities between internal creative teams, external vendors and client stakeholders, ensuring assets are delivered on time and meet campaign requirements.
• Optimize workflow efficiency and drive operational improvements across content production streams.
• Own technical delivery of Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) campaigns from scoping through launch, optimization and post‑campaign review.
• Design and maintain DCO architecture including template builds, feed setups (XML, CSV, Google Sheets, JSON), creative versioning, decision trees, trafficking logic and naming conventions.
• Set up and manage complex data feeds, ensuring correct mapping of signals and targeting IDs from DSPs and ad platforms.
• Facilitate status meetings, risk assessments, escalation management and provide regular project health updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading production orchestration for multi‑channel digital campaigns.
• Strong ability to manage cross‑functional teams and multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on delivering on time.
