Operations Systems & Access Management (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Systems & Access Management professional to stabilise and improve the operational infrastructure of a growing ecosystem of health, education, and hospitality ventures. The role is remote, covering LATAM timezones (GMT‑09:00 to GMT‑01:00), and is compensated at USD 14‑22 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise internal processes across multiple companies.
• Implement and maintain Notion workspaces and Google Workspace tools.
• Support QuickBooks Online bookkeeping and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate project‑management activities during a transition period.
• Document and streamline access‑management workflows.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication.
• Proficiency with Notion and Google Workspace.
• Basic experience in project management, QuickBooks Online, and SOP creation.
