Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Operations Manager to drive day‑to‑day execution for a growing product‑based business. Working remotely, you will keep operations organized, ensure production timelines are met, manage inventory, coordinate vendors and maintain internal systems while the founder focuses on strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Track inventory, especially unfinished goods, and produce accurate reports.
• Monitor production timelines and guarantee deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to keep operations moving smoothly.
• Maintain and update operational systems, spreadsheets, and trackers.
• Document tasks, deadlines and priorities and follow through on them.
• Work within EOS to keep projects organized and teams accountable.
• Monitor logistics and inventory through distributor systems (e.g., Nabis).
• Support internal reporting and dashboards with available data.
• Identify process gaps and build simple systems to fix them.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain or production.
• Proven ability to track inventory and manage production workflows.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently without constant direction.
• Strong communication skills for vendor and internal team interaction.
• Must own a working computer with high‑speed internet and be English‑speaking.
