National Development Manager – Supply Chain Services

About the role

The National Development Manager will drive growth of gross profit and market share for JAS by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers, focusing on large Platinum‑level and multinational accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the Platinum/Diamond and multinational customer base.
• Travel across the assigned territory to meet regular and prospective customers and maintain strong business relationships.
• Prepare pricing, credit terms and sales contracts, and submit activity reports and sales plans.
• Collaborate with JAS Global Accounts, Vertical teams and local management on market development initiatives.

Required profile

• College degree preferred with 3‑5 years of successful sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics or transportation.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills, and strong presentation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Valid driver’s licence and a safe driving record.

Required skills

• Thorough knowledge of transportation industry logistics and freight forwarding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using a CRM system and CMS platforms.
