Mid-Level Creative Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Creative Project Manager to independently lead standard‑to‑moderately complex creative, UGC and influencer marketing projects for our clients. The role translates briefs and statements of work into clear delivery plans, coordinates creator‑driven workflows and cross‑functional teams, and maintains day‑to‑day client communication from kickoff through closeout.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, including briefing, planning, creator/influencer workflows, production, reviews, approvals and closeout.
• Own timelines, scope, budget tracking, dependencies and risks, taking action on routine issues and escalating material concerns.
• Coordinate across Paid Media, Creative, Strategy, Account Management and creator‑facing teams to keep work aligned.
• Source, onboard and manage external partners, creators and influencers, ensuring clear expectations and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, workflow tools, status reporting and budget information for client and internal visibility.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project, production, program or account management within creative, marketing, agency or content‑production environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders and deliverables within agreed scope and budget.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills in English, with experience running status conversations and managing expectations.
• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented, comfortable prioritising in a fast‑moving environment.
