Meta Ads & Performance Creative Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Meta Ads & Performance Creative Strategist to develop, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for our fitness brand. This hybrid position blends creative strategy, data analysis, and hands‑on execution within Meta Ads Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Research competitors, fitness trends and customer pain points to generate fresh ad angles, hooks and concepts.
• Create detailed briefs for designers, video editors and UGC creators.
• Upload, launch and organise ads in Meta Ads Manager, applying proper naming conventions, UTMs and tracking parameters.
• Monitor ad delivery, resolve disapprovals and adjust campaigns based on performance data.
• Analyse metrics in Meta Ads Manager and Triple Whale (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, revenue).
• Identify high‑performing creatives, offers and landing pages, and recommend scaling or iteration.
• Use Triple Whale to reconcile platform attribution with actual business results.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of how creative, data, product positioning and ad execution work together to drive profitable growth.
• Experience researching market trends and translating insights into compelling ad concepts.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end campaign setup and optimisation in a fast‑paced environment.
