About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff to lead legal research efforts for a global software development leader. In this remote position you will analyze complex legal and regulatory frameworks and translate them into technical solutions that guide product development and compliance.

Key responsibilities

Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to inform product decisions.
Develop technical frameworks and tools that automate legal research processes.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed legal insights into product design.
Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
Draft technical documentation and guidelines for legal compliance in product development.

Required profile

Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
Proven experience with legal research methodologies and regulatory analysis.
Ability to translate legal concepts into clear technical requirements.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
