Medical Affairs Consultant

About the role

As a Medical Affairs Consultant you will leverage deep scientific and clinical knowledge together with strong business acumen to shape medical affairs strategies for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You will translate complex scientific data into compelling storyboards that influence business leaders and industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, consulting teams, managers, and internal support functions.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure efficient and effective execution.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Support the creation of project deliverables and day‑to‑day customer relationship management.
• Participate in company‑sponsored events, training, and professional development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical industries.
• Proven ability to conduct research and data analysis, including organization of sources, data processing, and quality checking.
• Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills.
